Episode 110. I discuss small team / small group leadership lessons though recognition of one's work ethic that I've learned over a lifetime. A simple question of 'why are you in charge' and 'why do you have a right to be here' goes a long way in understanding how to inspire others to follow you. None of us can afford to crack under pressure, no matter how bad things might seem.
