Another excellent podcast, K. Is a great guest. BTW, the PDR is only a collection of package inserts and nearly unusable as a reference. Use what the pharmacists use: Pharmacotherapy by Dipiro. Also Sanford’s antibiotic guide is another one I have on the shelf for SHTF times. Keep cranking out the excellent content NC.
